Our Story

Born from a deep love for Ethiopian coffee culture—from the aroma of a jebena ceremony to the clink of cini cups—DILBI exists to share that authenticity with the world. We partner directly with smallholder farmers and women-led cooperatives, paying quality premiums and investing in long-term relationships built on trust, transparency, and mutual growth.

What We Do

We supply traceable, single-origin green beans (and select roast options) from celebrated regions like Sidamo, Yirgacheffe, Guji, and beyond. Every lot is cupped to SCA standards, sample-ready for your QC bench, and shipped with full farm or washing-station details so you can roast with confidence and tell a truthful origin story.
